This Privacy Policy describes how FactualIQ (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you sign in to the Estes Construction Project Health application (“the App”) through your organization’s identity provider (Microsoft or Google, by way of Auth0).

1. Information We Collect

When you sign in, we receive the following information from your account:

• Basic profile information — your name and profile picture.
• E-mail address — used to identify your account and communicate with you.

We only receive the information you explicitly authorize during the sign-in consent process. We do not access your password.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information received from your account only to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Authenticate you and keep you signed in.
• Communicate with you about your account or important updates.

We do not use information received from your identity provider to create, train, or improve any machine learning or artificial intelligence models, or for any purpose beyond those listed above.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers who help us operate the App, bound by confidentiality obligations.
• When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.

4. Data Storage and Security

We store your information securely and apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the App’s services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. If your access to the App is revoked, we delete the information received from your identity provider within 30 days. You may also request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).

6. Google API Services

Where Google is your identity provider, our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Organizational Content

Content ingested, processed, or generated through the App on behalf of your organization is governed by the Master Services Agreement or other written agreement between your organization and us, which controls in the event of any conflict with this policy.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your information by e-mailing support@factualiq.ai.
• Ask your organization’s administrator to remove your access to the App at any time.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for use by those under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
